6. Imagine your ideal day at home. This exercise is a great way to synthesize all you have been learning about yourself. When you have a moment alone at home, close your eyes and visualize your ideal day in your house, from waking in the morning to climbing into bed at night.
To do: While imagining your perfect day at home, be sure to explore with all of your senses — what do you see, hear, smell, touch and taste throughout the day? Who else is there? What do you do?
